My life has always been filled with a passion for coffee, and as a certified coffee master, I finally could realize my dream by launching my own freshly roasted coffee webshop.
Kávé Mystique is much more than just a business to me. After hundreds of experimental roasts and recipe tastings, I’m confidently saying that with my freshly roasted coffee specialties, I provide the highest quality. The coffee beans come from carefully selected plantations, where quality and sustainability are the top priorities.
All my freshly roasted coffees are made with meticulous care, ensuring that every cup of coffee tells a mystical story, waiting to be discovered through hidden flavors and aromas.
The special blends offered for the younger generation have been developed for innovative coffee-making methods, guiding them into a new world with Mystique Sunrise, where they can explore exciting flavors and coffee experiences. For them, Kávé Mystique is a place of novelty and discovery, where my creativity and captivating flavor combinations will enchant them.
For the more mature audience, Mystique Echo and Mystique Magic Espresso preserve tradition and familiar flavors. However, I’ve reimagined these coffees by paying attention to the smallest details to infuse freshness and quality – just like fine dining with freshly roasted coffees.

In my coffee portfolio, you’ll find coffees with unique flavor profiles. You may discover unique coffees that hide fruity, chocolatey, spicy, or even floral aromas.
…since sustainability always plays an important role for me, I always package the maximum usable amount of freshly roasted coffee. The larger the package you order, the better the deal: with a 1000-gram package, you’ll receive an additional 40 grams of “extra” coffee.
When selecting coffee beans and during the roasting process, I place great emphasis on sustainability. For my freshly roasted coffees, I exclusively source the highest quality coffee beans from plantations where sustainable farming methods are used, benefiting our planet.
Before roasting, the coffee beans undergo a special preparation process. This is not only important for environmental protection but also significantly affects the taste experience of the finished artisan coffee. My expertise and enthusiasm ensure that the freshly roasted coffee you order meets all criteria and provides a truly enjoyable experience.
In an artisan coffee shop, even the smallest details, such as packaging, become important. Therefore, in the spirit of sustainability, I always pack as much coffee as possible into the packaging, which benefits you as well, as you receive an extra 40 grams of freshly roasted coffee per package.
In addition to sustainability, social responsibility is also extremely important to me. That’s why 1% of every coffee purchase is donated to the Kosztyu Ádám Memorial Foundation. Every flavor is a special journey. Each package offers unique blends and flavors that I’ve personally developed, experimenting with roasting times and temperatures, as well as the origin and variety of coffee beans.
Store-bought coffee is of varying quality, roasted quickly for mass production. In contrast, I only work with hand-picked beans from small fair-trade farms. Every artisan coffee I offer is truly handmade; I handle not only the roasting but also the packaging and labeling myself. The meticulous care and slow roasting guarantee the premium quality of the coffee.
The flavor profile of artisan coffee is primarily determined by its origin and variety, but the roasting time and temperature are also crucial. The longer and lower the roasting temperature, the more the unique flavor notes are preserved. I’ve experimented with and perfected the optimal roasting time through numerous roasting and tasting sessions.
The origin and the selection of the coffee farm are my top priorities. I only use coffee beans from high-quality, fair-trade farms. Additionally, I’ve gained extensive experience through roasting tests and quality control to ensure I always offer the best in my artisan coffees. The feedback from my customers confirms the success of my work, which fills me with great joy and satisfaction.
Freshly roasted coffee has a richer, more complex flavor profile. Those who have tasted them both, knows exactly that artisan coffee is incomparable to store-bought coffee. The artisan coffee-making process reduces oxidation, resulting in maximum flavor.
Additionally, consuming artisan coffee has health benefits too, as it contains significantly more antioxidants.
Artisan coffee should ideally be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid humid, damp locations, and never store it in the fridge or freezer. For the best flavor experience, grind only the amount you’ll use soon.
To ensure that I always offer the best flavor experience with my freshly roasted coffees, I ship orders after roasting. Roasting usually takes place on Fridays, but unexpected events can happen in my life too, that may cause delays in the weekly roasting. Of course, I notify my customers of any such force majeure events, but I ensure that your ordered artisan coffee arrives within 7-14 days of the order.
