Shipping and ordering

Order closing time for Friday roasting: Thursday 23:59.
(Orders received after this date will be roasted on the following Friday.)
We reserve the right to change the packaging design of products from the product photo shown.
Shipping
The delivery of shipments is done by courier service, GLS. The delivery time of the product will be explained by the webshop during the checkout process and will be included in the confirmation e-mail. The time of delivery can be arranged by calling the phone number provided in the confirmation e-mail.

Delivery time: roasting day + 4 working days
Delivery charges: over 35.000 HUF gross FREE. Under 35.000 HUF gross: 1.590 HUF br.
Delivery abroad
Delivery time: roasting day + 5 working days
Delivery fee: 15 Euro

Product selection
The customer has the possibility to choose and order products from the store. The customer can click on the selected product to view a more detailed description of it. If he/she wishes to purchase a product, he/she can add it to a virtual shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. By clicking on the "View Cart" button, you will find the products added to the cart, the total amount of the invoice and the shipping costs. Here you can check the correctness of your order, in particular the prices and quantities, which you can modify or correct as required. The shopping cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.
Sending the order
If you are happy with the quantity of products in your basket, have checked the total amount and decided you want to buy them, simply click on the "Checkout" button. You will then have the option to choose whether you want to register as an existing customer, register as a new customer or purchase without registering.
If you have previously shopped in our store, please enter the email address and password you used when you previously registered. If you want to register as a new customer, enter your shopping details, which will be stored in the system and you will only need to log in the next time you shop. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.
Next, select the payment method that suits you (credit card, bank transfer). If you agree with the contents of the order, click on the "Place order" button to submit the order.
Prices
Our prices are the list prices at the time of ordering, which you will find next to the products in the online shop. Prices are net prices, VAT is not included and these prices do not include delivery costs. The shipping cost is included in the checkout process before finalising your order and also in the Terms and Conditions of Purchase. In the event of an error or omission in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to make corrections. In such a case, we will inform the customer of the new details immediately after the error is detected or amended. The buyer may then confirm the order once again or either party may withdraw from the contract.
Processing of orders
Orders will be processed within 24 hours.
Possibility to correct data entry errors
You can correct data entry errors before pressing the "Order" button.
Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. This means that after placing your order, you will receive an automatic email informing you of the receipt of your order and (later) an email with the expected delivery date. If you need to contact us by phone, please call customer service or any of the phone numbers in the email.
Withdrawal from delivery
If the webshop fails to fulfil its contractual obligation because the goods specified in the contract are not available or it is unable to provide the service ordered, it must inform the customer of this. The online shop does not conclude contracts with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions of sale, the customer declares that he/she is of legal age.
Returning the product
We will only take back the product in its original condition and packaging, in a quantity and quality that is intact.
Property rights clause
The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the purchase price has been paid in full. In the case of incorrect, unaccepted orders, the goods will be taken into stock in the name of the "new" owner and the new owner will be paid the price after the new, successful sale!
Change or cancel an order
Pursuant to Act CVIII of 2001, when an order is placed, the seller's online shop software immediately notifies the customer that the order has been accepted. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer! It merely indicates to the buyer that his order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the relevant member of the seller's staff.
If the buyer has not received this within 48 hours, the buyer's bidding obligations will be terminated.
The seller will give the buyer the opportunity to cancel his order electronically until the order is fulfilled. Once the order has started to be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed by e-mail and/or by telephone of the expected time of fulfilment and of the fact that the order has started to be fulfilled, after which the buyer may only cancel his order in person or by using one of the contact details under "Customer Service" or "Contact".
Subsequent modifications to the order may only be made in writing by e-mail.
